VISION

TCG Park is an online store for trading card game enthusiasts — offering sealed products, singles, and accessories for Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and more.

The goal was to transform the website into a high-performing eCommerce platform, using the latest conversion strategies, cleaner navigation, and mobile-first best practices. The vision also included creating a dedicated experience around TCG events, turning the brand into more than just a shop — but a hub for the local and online card community.


MY ROLE

I led the full website redesign, with a focus on conversion, clarity, and performance:

  • Reworked the full UX structure for product discovery, filtering, and checkout

  • Implemented modern eCommerce UI patterns to boost AOV and reduce drop-off

  • Designed a dedicated TCG Events page for locals to find, register, and attend official events

  • Simplified navigation across sets, games, and accessories

  • Created responsive, mobile-optimized layouts for all key buying flows

  • Integrated visual and content improvements to support marketing and trust


CHALLENGES

How do you turn a basic online storefront into a high-converting, community-driven sales machine?

  • Previous site lacked conversion-focused design — hard to browse, slow to load, poor on mobile

  • Product pages were too generic, missing urgency, cross-sells, and collector value cues

  • No dedicated section for events or tournament signups — missing out on key engagement

  • Needed a clear identity that appealed to both casual buyers and competitive players
